Asking the Wrong Question

This lesson was presented at the Bible Forum in Peru Indiana in September 2010. The lesson presents Jeff Brown's hypothesis that the setting aside of Israel and of Israel's program did not take place at Acts 28:28 nor anywhere else in the book of Acts. Rather, there is a consistent Pauline pattern that runs from Acts 9 through to the end of the book of Acts. That pattern is...

1.Go to the Jew first
2. Warn them from OT
3. If they don’t believe . . .
4. Go to the Gentiles
This presentation serves as a "position paper" on GBC-HR's answer to the question, "when did the current dispensation begin."  Our position is one that will not be held by the masses but it is our conviction that we have ample evidence to make our case. Please take the time to listen to Jeff's presentation and please do so with an open mind free of prejudice and tradition. You may also wish to read Jeff's paper "The book of Acts - A record of Israel and their earthly prophesied hope."

Jeff's presentation consist of two components; an audio component and an accompanying presentation:
  • You can view the briefing in Internet Explorer (IE) by clicking this link The_Right_Question_Jeff_Brown. Click through the briefing on Jeff's cue to Allen.
  • You can view and hear the presentation in the flash player below. The presentation will move forward without the need for your input. Be aware that Jeff's introduction last about 5 minutes and so the presentation does not move forward from the first slide for about the first 5 minutes.
