Session 1 - Introduction
Pastor Jeff Brown starts out with a couple of general questions such as: What is the bible? What is a mystery according to the Bible? Then he explains the importance of the inspired words of the bible, the importance of a believer's service, and other important general topics. Pastor Jeff Brown provides an excellent starting point as he runs down his list of "keys to unlocking the bible."
Starting with the prophet Daniel, Pastor Jeff Brown, explains exactly what the phrase 'The Kingdom of God' means. Then Jeff defines the phrase 'Gospel of the Kingdom.' Covering John the Baptist, Jesus, and the woman of Canaan, this session lays out the what the 'Mysteries of the Kingdom' are. At the end, Pastor Jeff Brown explains Christ's "change of operation" as He begins to withdraw from the people in Mathew 12:14.
This session starts with a quick review of the Mysteries of the Kingdom. The misconception about the Kingdom of Heaven, the change of Christ's Role from son of David to son of Abraham, the use of parables, sin's origination, The Mystery of Christ, and the use of mysteries after failure, are all covered. Pastor Jeff Brown ends by explaining the differences between Paul's gospel and Peter's.
Focused on the Mystery of the Body of Christ, and how we are justified by faith and not the deeds of the law, Pastor Jeff Brown approaches the differences between the Jews and the Gentiles. This message focuses on what believers today need to know.
